WELCOME TO THE NEW SEASONPosted: 17th Aug 2011 Welcome to our website, please have a looked at the forthcoming programme for the year 2011/12. The season starts at the beginning of September and there is a great variety of events to look forward to.
The programme includes lectures from eminent photographers offering subjects which should interest almost everyone. There are competitions to enter and many trophies to win.
We have seen some changes to the clubhouse over the last couple of years, due to obtaining a grant from the National Lottery, which gave us the basis of making important changes. But the most dramatic have been done by one of our own members and has made the clubroom much more comfortable.
We are unique in the fact that we own our clubroom which enables us to hold evenings other than our usual club evening. We have held many workshops over the last year and our more experienced members have passed on their knowledge to the members wanting to improve their photography.
We hope that you enjoy looking at the pictures, we have included entries from all members so that prospective new members can have an idea of what can be achieved by all abilities. |
